I fight for good people whose freedom and reputations are on the line. I’ve been practicing criminal law since 1991, starting as a prosecutor in Socorro and Truth or Consequences, then as a Deputy District Attorney for 9 years here in Las Cruces.

I started The Lahann Law Firm in 2007 with the mission of providing the best possible defense for people accused of crimes in New Mexico.

I’ve tried over 300 felony cases—both as a prosecutor and as a defense attorney—and I’ve been very successful in convincing juries to see things my way and come back with verdicts favorable to my client.
